Huber’s Starlight Distillery produces brandies much like our ancestors did during the early 1800’s. You will find that our distillery produces only the finest products and that our master distillers, Ted Huber and Jason Heiligenberg, are commited to crafting brandies in the finest artisanal European tradition. Our estate bottled winery produces wines with intense varietal character that are hand distilled in individual batches allowing for the ultimate expression of the distillers art. TOURS: Tour#1: Knowledgeable and friendly hosts will guide you through our production facilities where you will learn the basics about the distillation process that goes into making our ports, brandies, gin, vodka, and whiskeys. After your tour you will be taken to one of our bars for tasting. Tours are at designated times of 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. This experience will last about 45 mins. Must be at least 21 years of age. No reservations required.
Tour#2: Our most popular tour. This tour provides a more in depth look at the processes, from mashing to bottling. You will have a broader discussion about distillation. You will have the opportunity to experience several different spirits and enjoy a cocktail sample in a Starlight Distillery souvenir glass. This experience will last about 1-1 1/4 hours. 2 person minimum. Must be at least 21 years of age. Reservations required.
Tour#3: In this tour, not only will you get a comprehensive tour through our production facilities and into our still house, but you will also learn some interesting information about the barrels we use for our spirits and even get a taste of our spirits thieved right out of the barrel. Along with your special barrel tastes, you will have the opportunity to taste additional Starlight Distillery spirits and enjoy a cocktail sample made up in your very own souvenir glass. After your tour, enjoy lunch at our Starlight Café. This experience will last approximately 1 ½ hours. 4 person minimum. Must be at least 21 years of age. Reservations required. Please cal.
