The Ellijay River Vineyards were established in 2010 on
almost twenty acres of former crop land, bordering the Ellijay
River in the North Georgia mountains. The property is located in
the Whitepath area of Gilmer County between the towns of Ellijay
and Cherry Log, at an elevation of 1400 feet above sea level.
The vineyard is sited on a gently sloping hill facing South, on
mostly sandy soils on the inside of a bend in the Ellijay River.

By Appointment. Three Sisters Vineyards & Winery is a small
family farm situated on a hundred and eighty acres in the heart
of the Frogtown District in historic Lumpkin County, GA.
Located eight miles northeast of the site of the first major US
gold rush, Dahlonega, the farm's name was inspired by the
property's spectacular view of Lumpkin County's Three Sisters
Mountain. While no one knows the origin of the name of Three
Sisters Mountain, local residents refer to its three distinctive
peaks as Wild Cat, McBrayer, and Rattlesnake. Established in
1996 and bonded in 2000, Three Sisters Vineyards is Lumpkin
County's first vineyard since prohibition and holds the
distinction of being "Dahlonega's First Family Farm Winery."
Here's the scoop......Three Sisters Vineyards features several
regular paid tastings that range between $5 and $15. We also
offer special tastings during the year between $10 and $30 or
more. Ask your Tasting Room Associate at the check-in/check-out
station for details upon arrival. Walk-in are welcome, but
accommodations for large parties are not always available
without ADVANCED CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS. Please keep in mind
that if you are coming near the end of our tasting room hours,
it is best to arrive 40 minutes before the day's closing hour to
fully enjoy the experience. We usually have last call 15 minutes
before closing. Plan on arriving no later than 4:45PM. It is a
good idea to call ahead to verify our current business hours or
to schedule a group visit. Please be prepared to show proof of
